On Water Fast you should never do UT. That is bad because your urine has more toxins during fasts and Water Fast means water only. All plantbased diet is agood idea. I think you should slow down and small amouns of fruits. One fast will not get rid of candida. You have to stick to good candida program and then perhaps do a liver flush. Breaking a fast with citrus juice is very important too, did you?

I think you can do 80/20 - raw/cooked diet very easily.
