I agree with rawrnr 100%. If you want to continue healing and losing weight after you start eating, you must be on plant based diet, raw 80%, cooked 20%.

Also no alcohol, sodas, commercial juices etc.

You will lose less weight during last week of your fast.

Be very careful climbing stairs, take it very slowly.
