wow your answer is realy comforting, i feel a lot better now, at least i know im on the right path. about walking i tried to walk a few steps but anything more than that literally kills me, yesterday i almost died on the stairs to my class, but im forcing myself to move a little bit
Im 5.5 high and i would like to lose 60 pounds minimum, im hoping i can achieve that by fasting, one last question, will this weight droping stop at some point? Like on normal diets when your body holds on to all the fat and you stop losing weight due to wrong methods of diets? Thank you :)
