HI Ginagirl,

Thanks for your input, I always appreciate it. I didnt take any supplements today except one brazil nut and zinc. I'll pick up some vit k as well. Im still going to do some salt pushes, and have picked up some arginine to hopefully give me a boost.

You mention Borax, are you sure it's safe to take? I know everyone says it's as toxic as table salt , but I had a pain in my testicle while taking it and wonder if that could have been the cause. I also had a headache while taking it. What do you think? What can I expect?
