We had our annual Christmas gathering at my home last Saturday...21 in my immediate family for a sit down lunch (and 8 couldn't come!)

As I watched my children with their children, my siblings with their families and my almost 90 year old Mama, I was overcome with happiness. I know my Daddy was watching over all of us knowing that because he met my Mama all those years ago, there are now so many people left to carry on traditions, beliefs and most importantly, his peanut brittle!

My Christmas wish this year is happiness and contentment for all who read this post.
