it sure helped me

the only way to know for sure would be to state your symptoms, but i guess you don't wish to correct the nutritional deficiencies that became apparent as your body sought to restore balance and that is why you feel vulnerable and sick

maybe there aren't symptoms any related to the lugols

sound like you were using it like speed instead of therapeutically
it will make your heart pound to abuse it

start slow
build slow
go slow

you can't abuse it like meth and do well
