I saw your post about the little blue flies. There is a parasitic bee that can lay eggs in you . Maybe what you are seeing is larvae. Filarial infection is treated with ivermectin 7 days on 7 days off and doxycycline for 9 weeks. Ivermectin works against lice and ticks but I dont know if it would be effective if you have the bees.
