You have to still go out, no matter what! I have the same problem and I still hang out with people as much as possible only because I know I will become much more depressed if I don't. I am also in college so I am always around people no matter what which has definitely increased my social anxiety. But I still go out even though im afraid someone will say something because this is my life and I deserve to have fun. I am determined to find a cure to this and will post when I do. I want nothing more than for this nightmare to be over for me and for all of us. Stay strong, we are in this together!
