I remember you from 2 years ago when I was also reporting on my kidney cyst. I always had success in getting my cyst down while fasting and then after I start eating it goes to its normal size, sometimes bigger. I have never been able to fast to completion. I was told by Chrisb1 that I may have to fast for 30 days refeed for 30 and fast again for 30 days. He said that should take care the cyst.

Your tumor is huge. It may take longer to get rid of it. In my case when I stay away from high protein and caffeine the cyst goes down also feels good during that time. I am sure you know Sugar also is not good for tumors.

In many of my fasts, I have had days when I did not lose any weight and third day kaboom!, I lose 3lbs. Once I lost 5 lbs bewteen in one day. So I am sure tomorrow will be a different day for you. Just drink as per thirst and not every hour regularly to get certain amout of water in your body.

I am sure you will surprise your doc. Mine was unimpressed and did not believe that my cyst had gone down due to the fast.

Do you think you will ever do back to back thirty days fasting as Chrisb1 had suggested to me?
