I realize this is an old post, but I'm gonna respond anyway --
Wow. Certainly reads like wisdom. I'm new on this journey and appreciate your insight very much. As you said, so many "bandwagons" out there. I jumped right into treating my condition with compounded hydrocortisone; I want to do all the right things to support my adrenals & whole body so that I don't get stuck taking it forever.

I'm familiar with your diet recs; was on similar (The Zone type thing) for hypoglycemia for years. I've gotten away from it, and completely off carbs & grains. Didn't realize the imbalance of high proteins could be worsening my AF. Bummer.
