I have been thinking about a liver flush, but it only happens when I start wearing deodorant with baking soda as an ingredient. So I'm not sure if I actually have HS - it was just an idea.

My diet is mostly gluten free, dairy free, very clean. I have been drinking and eating mostly warm/hot things instead of cold since it's winter.
