Start slowly may be you can just start with two a day ,initially I also felt tired after enema ,but it went away after a while ,some of the fatigue might also be due to loss of electrolytes ,so replenish them. You'll see lots of weird stuff ,don't panic just search the stuff on cure zone you'll get answers
