the same type of glands -- apocrine glands -- are in your genital region, under arms, around the nipples, on the palms, in the earway, and the t zone and eye lids (that's a modified type) there is a complex process of digestion of protein by backeria that goes on in these glands -- it's a mini version of what goes on in the gut. the same waste products are created which are not completely broken down and emitted from these glands. Also the gasses from the blood circulation go through there. if you notice there are bursts of odor it's because these glands do not secrete continuously, but intermittently. Except the palms because they have both types of glands. at this point i get heavy sweating unrelated to heat on lower torse and dripping around genital area. it's toxins and the odor is horrific and my pants get drenched. sometimes this goes on for days at at time. also these glands are around the belly button if you get odor on your shirt bottoms or or pant tops. deodorant only works so far with me. the antiprescpirants that block my pits actually make the odor leak otut the surrounding area on my upper inner arm. there is a lot more oh this powder called AMMENS is great esp for feet. also use antibacterial soap to wash your hair your scalp may smell really bad and you not know it. metrogel for the te zone. metromidazole cured me for several months. if i do it again i would fast to let a die off occur then use them then heavy duty proviotics to try to change the balance in there. never ever eat meat or foods high in purines as they encourage the gwoth of the bacteria in the gut that create this odor. it's protein digestion that auses this although be aware the body produces it's own amino acids too. read about purines encephalopathy (not that you have that but this is milder build up of ammonia. sorry forthe long post. let me know if i can help. cheers.
