Yes, I tried all things fermented for a long time and in large quantities.

Hopefully just raw milk will help you. I've done the Milk Diet for a month straight, twice. I was drinking 1.5 gallons of raw grass fed A2 milk a day, nothing else but milk. Everything was good during the milk diet, I was ecstatic, but it all reverted back when I stopped. There is something special in that colostrum that fixed years of suffering.

*one good thing about the milk diet is that it reversed my genetic beta thalassemia blood issue that no hematologist in the world can fix.
