They left me to die...

I'm not really sure how this forum works, but I feel like I need to get it off my chest. I was in Cuba with a friend over the summer and we were both drugged and raped. She got sick from the drug and so they left her by the pool but they forced me onto a paddleboat they had and raped me. When they were finished they threw me over and left me to drown or get eaten by sharks. Somehow I managed to swim back to shore, but what happened haunts me. I cant sleep, eat, concentrate or function. I need help.
