The same thing happned to me. I took out every single bit of flour and yeast possible. Increased eating pinapple, salads with vinager, and vegetbable soups. Nothing fried either. No potatoes. I still have a few creepy crawlies, but nowhere near the desperation I had before. And I had it justlike you, sometimes i thought I would want to rip my nose off and my hair out.
