yea i dunno myself why i dropped so quick.
prolly the thought of me not have had the need
for so much Iodine in the past, wondering why i need
so much if problems r gone, ..... thinking i was suffixient
and 12,5 would be enough to keep me sufficient.....


i dont know which other nutrients i could lack
how could one possibly know since there r hundreds.

i only know that i took Iodine and co factors and been
wirhout probs after 9 months for a couple of months.

i am not deficient in b12 or d3, that i know

but one cant possibly check for all vitamins minerals etc.

i ll stick to 100 mg Lugols again and see where it leads

which other obvious big nutrients would come to ur mind
who interrupt tsh that it tripples 1,3 to 3,6 in one year
and possibly caused my fibr. pms breasts?
