hello and thx for taking the time to reply.

i ve just done the vitamin d setup by a german dr. protocol. i ve been taking vitd3 2500IU for the last two years. last half year along with natural k2 (made of natto). vitd levels were only 22. so i did the 7 day vitamin d setup protocol by a german dr.
my vit d should be between 50-60 now.

when having fibrocystic breasts i thought it is always a progesterone deficiency and estrogen overload( sensitive receptors).



gina , i ve read and remember the old thread u ve linked. just wanted to see if others might have different experiences.

i guess i ll just give it one more month before considering the prog. cream......
