Ok I will continue with the kefir. I can't eat dairy though so will have to stick with the water.

I usually eat a relatively low fat diet. Someone actually told me to eat high fat the day before the flush to get the bile flowing. I only did it for one flush though. I find it very hard to fast so the day before will be tough. But I definitely won't eat the day of the next flush.

Yes I've done a few coffee enemas, they made me feel great at first but then it wore off. They are good after a flush though.

I will look into cayenne pepper.
