Yea this is a bad one for me.

pressure/pain behind right eye & earache mostly. eyes burning... right kidney area pressure/sore

Woke refreshed yet took forever to get moving, didn't have enough time to get coffee before work ... of all times...did not make IMAM....but did find little relief from making green tea at work with cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper. later took salt I had with some water.
Next time I'll be more prepared
