Buy Jamaican Black Castor Oil. I've had the same issue since I was a child. I finally got castor oil yesterday and it's the first product I've ever used that actually works for more than a couple of hours. Smith's Rosebud Salve is also a good product to seal in moisture. If it doesn't work for you (it's about $10 on amazon) you can use the oil for your hair. It's great to promote thickness/growth and is awesome for the rest of your skin/nails. Also take b-vitamins/iron/vitamin E and make sure you're drinking enough water every day. So far these have all worked amazingly well for me after years of testing out different products. Stay away from steroid creams!
