I'm sorry but pill form d3 simply is not poison. I have cured allergies and even reversed some liver damage by taking only d3 pills and vitamin k2. I have labs that support this outcome that were taken every 6 months over the span of 6 years and counting. Of course getting it from the sun would be better but it's virtually impossible for people today to get the adequate amount of sunlight they require to be sufficient in d levels uless you are a lifeguard. We were made to be in the sun all day scavenging. We would require 6 plus hours of sun on most of our bodies to achieve what we need.
