Morgellons loves humidity and a mild temperatures. I think one way to fight this thing is to figure out what it loves then eliminate that from the environment and body. I think it also feeds off of sugars and starches. It doesn't like the daylight since it is most active at night, as I have found and many others. I think it doesn't necessarily dislike indoor lighting, there is something about the sun rays it doesn't like, perhaps the full uva uvb spectrum?

I think it also feeds off of natural fibers like cotton, silk, wool and rayon (technically natural made from cellulose). I have noticed that the fibers that come out of my skin at night are the same color as what I was wearing that day or day before.

It had become very humid and warm where I live and I noticed the morgellons becoming more active. I dehumidified my room, wiped my body first with alcohol then hydrogen peroxide, let it dry then covered my skin with baking soda mixed with warm distilled water to dissolve it. My symptoms then disappeared! They don't like dry skin and a dry environment. Then I sprinkled my rug with food grade diatomaceous earth.

I eliminated any type of Sugar from my diet, even from fruits, and I try not to eat starches, so difficult! I think I will buy some full spectrum lights. I also put away all my clothes and bought new tight woven, loose fitting, polyester clothes. I also bought new microfiber (polyester) sheets and towels (difficult to find the towels). I think it is important to buy new because used clothes have other fibers embedded in them from washing with other clothes. After doing this the fibers coming out of my skin decreased significantly.

It seems that Morgellons also are triggered by certain electromagnetic waves somehow. I was recently in Costco and my legs were vibrating off the hook, then I went into Whole Foods and I felt nothing! I was near the TV section so maybe my body was reacting to all the electronics.

What other things have you experienced that Morgellons loves? Lets fight this thing together!
