yes it is how skinny i have got that stops me from doing the 3-4 week urine and Water Fast that i think i need to do.

about 5 months ago i stopped eating meat and lost a lot of weight and muscle then after that 3 day fast all i am is skin and bone.

i am going to carry on with the ut and try and put some weight on maybe start eating meat again. then start the fast again.

thankyou for your advice about the towel i will try that and let you know how it goes.
