You have intestinal bacteria overgrowth thus you cannot absorb properly minerals vitamins, process proteins. I would recommend 2 week program i used. i have it reposted.

I had similar issues with stomach and AF. I believe i had intestinal overgrowth (candida may be). it was the root cause of AF.
