Hormone tests have confirmed Estrogen Dominance and Adrenal fatigue. The only medication I take is during the most painful days of my period. Other then that I try to stay as natural as possible. I have completed your plan twice 3 years ago with good outcomes, a series of liver flushes, and am strictly following the GAPS protocol. I take a large range of supplements for vitamin and minerals (to support my adrenals).
I do have a history of trauma and stress in my childhood and adolescence. And I do have moments of stress now as I am trying to complete a PhD and care for my partner who has Chronic Fatigue.
I understand current stress is not helping, so I am trying to relax as much as I can. One stress is certainly my period, I dread it coming because of the pain and then the side effects of the medication.
