Oh OK. coffee enemas make me feel happier. But I might try salt water instead.

Yeah I figured it was my gut and my liver that are the problem. I have clogged pores mainly, not many pimples. I'm about to start on kefir so hopefully that will help me. I'm going to drink as much as I can!
