Thank you very much. :) I transitioned into a 40 day wster fast. I'm on day 3... harder energy wise but I feel it is something I must do. I will then juice a few weeks and finish off with one last water fast. Hopefully then I will be 109. Not weighing in during this part of my journey although its tempting. It would do more harm.
