I'm unable to follow Dr. Daniels diet prior to doing the turpentine. She makes it clear that you won't get the results without doing so. It's just too difficult. I have transitions from the SAD to more of Dr. Furhman's style of eating, but now to eliminate beans and nuts and all oils is just too much for me to do. Would there be any benefit to going ahead and trying the turpentine?
