I did the Lugol's for a while and never really got much out of it. 24 drops seems very extreme, I think by doing the actual math that is completely unnecessary, but I could be wrong. I did all that investigating a while ago.

I'm all about nutrition, health, and exercise but sometimes that's just not enough. Sometimes you get bit by a tick and develop an extreme case of Lyme Disease, sometimes you have a genetic disposition for Schizophrenia and you're screwed for life. Sometimes it takes some extreme investigation requiring cutting edge technology and research, and I think that's the case for me. I'm healthy as a bull physically but mentally I'm pretty foggy; not for lack of every fundamental being covered. Sometimes we're lucky we're living in the 21st century and have the medical technology that we do.
