No I didn't agree at all , your jaw issue is only part of the symptoms , just what you are aware of.

What you haven't seen isn't in any way conclusive.

Bacillary angiomatosis is caused by a Bartonella infection. This is when people get lesions.
The skin is made of several layers , but there is an outside to your skin and an inside .

The inside of the skin is composed of endothelial cells and these are where bartonella infects , the endothelial cells. By the time you start showing lesions on the outside of your skin you have a high bacterial count , this is called bacteremia.

Bartonella infections cause bacillary angiomatosis and the symptoms of that are bacterial lesions from bacteremia and red track marks from infection in the capalaries and veins and arteries showing through the skin. The red track mark is an immune system reaction.
