I have antithyroid antibodies but (last I checked which was a year ago) not enough to be diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Apparently, a sizeable portion of the population has these antibodies without having Hashimoto's.

Too much Iodine and my thyroid feels like pins and needles. I tried adding more selenium to dampen the reaction but it gave me a sore throat (symptom of selenium overdose)?
