Hi all!
I did so good all day.I was so proud. I thought to myself "this isn't so bad". I was so excited about the MC.
AND THEN - I got this wicked headache around 7/8pm i layed down to see if that would help even drank a ton of water. I just couldn't take it, so i popped a few Excedrine. Now i feel like i failed on my 1st day so then i drank a bottle of Arizona Green Tea(my fav) to make myself feel better. It did for like 2 mins. Now i just feel like i totally flaked out. I will be retuirning to the Master-Cleanse 4 sure tomorrow morning.I am very determined!!! I have no more Green Tea in the fridge or anything else that will call out my name(lol). So here's to another 1st day!!!! Hope all of you did better than me.... JAE
