First, make sure it is not related to your diet.

99% of times people smell, diet is a major factor, and some eliminations are a way to go.

Research the Rotation-Elimination Diet .
How to start the Rotation-Elimination Diet ?

The best way to start the diet is by eliminating everything for several days.

Fasting while drinking water is one way to do it. Probably the most difficult way, as most people can not imagine not eating one whole day, even less not eating for several days.

Less difficult way to do it is by fasting while eating just one single kind of food.

Here are a few examples:

Coconut diet: you live for several days on fresh coconuts. Do not worry, you will not be hungry, coconuts are rich in natural fat, so no hunger. You can drink water beside, or you drink fresh coconut milk.

Carrot juice fast: (you need a juicer). You juice carrots, and you drink fresh carrot juice for several days.

Beetroot juice fast: (you need a juicer). You juice red beet and you drink fresh beet juice for several days. That is the only food you consume for at least 3 or more days.

There are many other single foods people can live on.


Meat: you live on fresh meat and water for several days.

Raw Eggs: you live on raw eggs and water for several days.


All those examples have been practiced by some people, and are a way to eliminate all the food from your diet, all except one single item, but not to feel hungry.

You are not allowed to consume coffee, or soda, or supplements, and for the best results, you should not use any hormonal birth control.

When taking showers, do not use any soaps except Borax.

Just water, and maybe Borax.

No perfumes, no shampoos, nothing.

You should consider water enema, if you are constipated on this diet. It is very important to keep large intestine clean when you are starting Rotation - Elimination Diet .


After 3-5 days on this diet, your body will stop smelling.

If you still smell after 4 days, you are on the wrong diet.

For example, coconut diet is far better than meat or egg, for majority of people. That is the first one I would have tried.


After you stop smelling, you start with detective job.
One item of food per day is added to your diet.
Or maybe 2 items.

Anything that makes you smell, must be eliminated for at least 3 months or longer.

You can also add 2 items per day, but if you develop smell, you will have eliminate both items for 3 months.

After several months of try an error, you will have a perfect diet for you.

I suggest you to start an online blog, and write your experience, so you have an easy record on what you already tried.

Before you try Rotation-Elimination diet, learn what the LOW FODMAP diet is.

After fasting, I would start with items from the LOW FODMAP diet.


Other things that can help you eliminate your smell:

Liver Flush , FMT , zinc supplementation , Iodine protocol.
