Chicken broth? As in boiling bones etc?

It can be healing due to the amino acids such as Gylcine, that it provides. It sounds like recommendations give on the GAPS diet.

I find that my body knows what it needs providing I pay attention to it. Fat, Saturated fat, particularly coconut oil is what appeals to me.

With the GAPS diet, the bone broth soups can be helpful but alone they are unlikely to heal a leaky gut because it is caused by an infection. The cooking herbs that Dr Campbell-McBride adds to the recipes can be helpful.

You could be hypoglycaemic which is causing you to feel very hungry.
