Hi Wrenn,

Maybe I explained myself incorrectly. I do only do only take the tea (2x's/day) after having had a bad reaction to the swf on the 2nd day. Most members seem to prefer the swf. I agree that it works really well but I got very nervous after drinking lots of water & still no lessening of the swelling until late on day #3.

Thank you for the link it soudns like a very good product.
