I had to be careful with pasteurized milk products / standard cheese for many years, but tolerated the unpasteurized types very well.
Other cheeces that are mostly unpasteurized (this is also a good probiotic) is Parmesan, Grana Padano, Gruyere, some Brie and camembert. Italy and France are good at this!
