I had similar symptoms from practicing Transcendental Meditation. It took several years for me to get back to normal after stopping the practice.

Aside from the above and as my experience as a therapist, I would say you are looking for gold deposits in a coal mine.

You apparently have subconscious traumas and beliefs that are making a mess of your life. I believe that taking your search in that direction will be more fruitful.
