Would you post a menu for your diet? I can hardly see how 80% carbs could be helpful to me as I badly react to them... Perhaps your suggestion is good for someone with a mild issue of candida - do bear in mind some people here are suffering from chronic fatigue and do have an issue with a quite severe case of candida.

80% veggies would make more sense to me, but let's hear which carbs you are actually eating- you mention fruits and veggies _ I totally agree with, it is the carbs I do not see fitting into the picture.
