while i like DE, have to disagree with you on Pyrantel Pamoate as its very cheep. 32 oz/946 ml on amazon for ~$30 and i used 20 ml per day for my 200 lbs weight. thats like 66 cents per day for 200 lb or 33 cents/day for 100 lb person.

also, fenbendazole is pretty cheap on the scabdragger protocol of 3-4 ml/day. also abt 66 cents/day.

DE is very inexpensive but i question its effectiveness and it cannot do anything outside the digestive tract afaik. It might be good as a trace mineral supplement esp for the silica.
