I got my report back from my recent Thyroid Ultrasound. I am pretty impressed to see that not only is the report better than the last scan, my tumors are getting SMALLER, The doctor is baffled : "Left Lobe: These measurements are slightly smaller than on the most recent study" and "I am uncertain as to whether this is technical in etiology or whether it has actually decreased in size" - My Doctor told me that what I eat has nothing to do with how I feel and changing my diet and cutting out Gluten etc would not do anything. He was not interested in hearing about me taking Serrapeptase (derived from silkworms known to shrink cysts and scar tissue). He told me taking Serrapeptase would not help anything, and he based this Doctor logic on nothing, saying "I have never heard of that stuff but it won't do anything" My goal was to get him to take an active interest in my progress with change and diet and Serrapeptase so that he could learn form it and possibly help others.. nope.. it is pretty impossible to find a decent Endocrinologist. At my next Ultrasound we will compare again and see what he thinks. If that ultrasound shows even more decrease in size of the nodules then I would think he will have start believing that there are natural ways to treat thyroid conditions that do help.. No it is not instant, it has taken two years of Serrapeptase and I have only been Gluten free (for the most part, also no gains no Sugar etc) for about 3 months. I feel better now than I have in years and have lost 25 pounds since this time last year. -Scott
