I am on day three going into four... I have been drinking the laxative tea both morning and night and am having frequent loose (very loose) stools per day. Must I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or P&B shake? I can't stomach salt water...makes me gag trying to drink it. I haven't seen anything hideous come out of me yet. Is it because it's still early? HELP!
