Maybe it means that the original question is under the level for certain people.. as how can one ever be sufficient in vitamins, minerals, food?:)

Would you ever stop eating fruit because you are sufficient? Vitamin C, Iron, salt, zinc, Iodine etc; all the elements that the body is made of?

Second, it is the wrong forum to have a good discussion about iodine, as it seems as if whenever you are bored; you go for the personal attacks, not interested at all in an answer. Soo, got your stimulation; kick from it? not so bored anymore?
