I did weekend fasting twice in a row, and on every Monday I feel great! My Psoriasis is much less red, less scaling and even some 'normal' skins start to appear.

What's really happening inside my body? Is this because my liver is rested? Or my colon??

Can someone please give me some ideas why this is happening?
