"The belief that the Inuit Eskimos are a healthier people is not true either:

"evidence has shown that Inuit have a similar prevalence of coronary artery disease as non-Inuit populations and they have excessive mortality due to cerebrovascular strokes.[24][25]"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuit_diet#Nutrition"

Incorrect.  The eskimos were very healthy eating their original diet.  As you can see from the charts they actually had better health than the white settlers. However today the Inuit are slowly and steadily eating westernized foods leading to the diseases that everyone in the west has today, which explains the strokes and coronary artery disease.

Dr. Fuhrman gets loses to Christ Masterjohn when he tries to "debunk" the inuit diet, and doesnt reply after.  Read the comments below. http://www.diseaseproof.com/archives/diet-myths-are-the-inuit-healthy.html

"Paleo rated WORST diet! Low-fat rated high (U.S. News)"

Since when does a news paper start rating different diets for their health?  Last time I checked they are a news company, not a place full of scientists who actually have any sort of merit when it comes to judging health.  I am sure if I found a newspaper article rating paleo number one you would be outraged.

"All who got sick when Vegan under-ate

http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=2162861

This is also what happened to Paleo-Queen, Denise Minger:

Ex-raw vegan under-ate, but blames diet
http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=2083438"

Doesn't this story sound familiar?  A diet doesn't work out for a certain person... so they switch to one that works for them.  The only difference is that these people do go around attacking the vegan diet afterwards.  Do you not also find it odd that they go from "starving" on a vegan diet to thriving on a paleo diet?

"But regardless to all that evidence, the biggest evidence that I base my belief that the Paleo and other low-carb diets are unhealthy is not only what happened to me from years on those diets, but from observing the diet habits of people at this forum who are still sick:

Biggest diet culprits: under-eating & low-carb

Just like with every other popular protocol pushed at this forum, Paleo seems to have a very low success rate. All you have to do is go to the Candida support section where just about everyone there is on the "Candida diet", which is basically the Paleo diet, and hardly any of them are getting better."

I have said this before, and I will say it again.  What works for you, doesn't work for everyone.  You are not everyone Natway, believing a diet that worked for you should be eaten by everyone else is a fallacy.  I will repeat this again aswell, many of the people in these forums will never be well again... or it will take a long time to heal, irregardless of the diet they use.  Many of the problems in relation to health have origins outside of the realm of diet.  But a person can use the diet that gives them the least problems, and that diet I suspect will be different for each person depending on their condition.  That is why people with the condition of candida use the paleo diet, because it aggrivates their symptoms the least.  As for the solution to their problem, I am not sure that diet will ever be enough for most people.

Believing that there is a one size fits all diet out there is a MYTH.  Everyone is different.  However using your ancestory to help figure things out goes a long way to helping figure out a diet.
