So long as vitamin k2 is supplemented with it I do not believe you will develop toxicity. From my understanding d toxicity symptoms are k2 deficiency symptoms. My mega doses not only cleared my severe allergies but the k reduced my cholesterol on its own. I have had not one negative side effect from what I've done in two years. Only positive. Truly was a miracle for me. I'm not saying everyone will respond the same but for me it was life changing. I'm experimenting with Iodine now as well but I will never stop taking d3. I did drop my dose over June july and August to 30k a day because we were at the pool a lot.
