It wasn't for me. All you have to do it is a week, then off for a week and repeat, if necessary. I did it x 3 b/c I didn't take it far enough away from food, but did get that tapeworm, eventually.
My first year on this program consisted of only apple cider and cow's liver, for some odd reason. Had a big problem eating and no problem with the Zymex 11.
