I did not start d for candida but it took me three months from 30k a day to 50k a day to truly know I was doing and feeling much better. I take 40 or 50k daily now. Been two years. I'll never stop. Have labs to confirm it doesn't hurt me. My blood level was 20 when I tested first after dosing 30k a day for 3 weeks. Now my level is 195 which is high but nothing is wrong with me and my labs are spot on. Be sure to take vitamin k2 preferably as mk7 with it or you could calcify. D3 toxicity symptoms are k2 definciency symptoms.
