So... I've had headaches for the past two days. I can't wait to dry brush and take my Epsom Salt bath... might make a cup of tea. It's day 32 and I'm down to 204lbs...lots of progress but also I have quite a ways to go..the headaches make it seem worse than what it is but I'm hanging in there...kind words? Anyone? Take care everyone
