Thanks. That was helpful. I had a feeling the cooked tomatoes would hit me wrong. I will try the diluted juice. I had no problem breaking 10 and 14 day fasts with the oj but this time I am only using 3/4 tablespoon maple syrup per glass and only having 4 a day so I am not really intaking very much Sugar at all. I'm drinking a ton of water though!
